About
Visec Pro
Visec Pro was invented by Philex Enterprises, Inc.,
a software development company in operation since 1994,
whose principal offices are based in Southern California.
Philex employees a wealth of talented NASA Level Engineers
and Programmers to bring cutting edge solutions to both
businesses and consumers around the world.
About
the idea
The idea of the Visec-Pro development came after the
company's corporate offices were burglarized. Unable
to find a cost effective surveillance system that was
hi-tech and affordable, the company spent over 2 years
and over a million dollars developing a surveillance
system that incorporates all the cutting edge features
found in Military grade applications. Visec-Pro is a
multi-featured surveillance system for both consumer
and commercial use and comes with a price point that
everyone can afford.

involvement in organizations that enforce strict programming
methodologies such as those imposed by the prestigious
Software Engineering Institute (SEI).
The
Software Engineering Institute (SEI) is a federally
funded research and development center established in
1984 by the Department of Defense (DOD). It awards maturity
