VISEC
AUTOMATION
Visec unleashes its powerful new automation
control application software and algorithms, a breaktrhough
that now makes Visec Platinum the world's most complete
and technoogically advanced system available for consumers.
Visec Automation supports access control,
alarm monitoring, and machine automation. Visec can
now be used to integrate sensors in homes, offices,
warehouses, buildings, and for securing critical infrastructure.
Visec Automation allows users to tie in
all sensory equipment into one solution. Control your
lights, machines, and equipment with the new Visec Automation.
Open doors and gates, turn on and off appliances, sound
alarms and flash strobe lights when a specific events
occurs.
Visec Automation supports all Sensors
and equipment
window sensors
door sensors/door strikes
PIR sensors
temperature sensors
smoke detectors
water, moisture and humidity sensors
bells and horns
alarms strobe lights
sirens
light control- turn on and off a
sequence of lights
open and close doors
open and close gates
turn on and off appliances
control a broad array of machines
These can now all be controlled by Visec.
We support all major sensors including fail-safe dry
contact output sensors which are typically inexpensive
and are available in various voltages, from 5 volts
up to 24 volts. They can be run over long distances
typically using low-priced 18 gauge electrical wire.
Problems with Traditional
Automation Technology
Most companies are still utilizing older
analog serial bus connection standards like the traditional
RS-232, RS-485 I/O panels. This is actually a scary
thought. The average person is not up to date technically
about automation and can fall prey to technicians using
big words and selling them solutions that are completely
outdated.
Such solutions are difficult to configure
and are severely limited in functionality. Numerous
components are required in order for various analog
components to be able to talk to each other. In most
cases, a trained representative is the only one that
can configure the system.
Often, manufacturers (even with newer digital
units) will require you to configure their software
interface with a software development kit (SDK's) in
order to accomplish basic solutions. This further drives
up the cost. Additionally, the wiring is messy and is
further complicated by many adapters that have to be
daisy chained together in order to power such archaic
systems.
Why are many manufactures
still selling these systems? Because they invested
heavily in them and they need a return on their investment.
Bottom line, the results from many of these systems
are poor, the costs associated with them are expensive
and the scalability is almost nonexistent as obsolescence
sets in. Buyer beware!
Visec Automation and
The VISEC Technology Solution
The VISEC Technology Solution Visec Automation
is different from traditional controller devices. The
Visec controller is an all digital solution that is
powered by a standalone, TCP-IP based controller that
utilizes the latest in IP technology. No messy analog
connections or costly adapters are required.
Visec Automation is an all TCP- IP based
solution that lets you integrate thousands of sensors
and equipment very easily into your IP network. Visec
Automation will even support your old analog equipment
that you may have invested in prior. It is easy to install

5. Visec sends you a picture to your cell
phone of this intruder.
6. Police are called and suspect is in
jail
Scenario #2
1. A Condominium tenant drives his car
up to the entry gate.
2. Visec License Plate Recognition (LPR)
analyzes the car's license plate.
3. In less than a second, Visec LPR recognizes
the plate as belonging to the tenant
4. Visec Automation automatically opens
the gate for the tenant.
Scenario #3
1. A hallway door is opened in a building
2. Visec Automation sounds an alarm
3. Visec Automation flashes a strobe light
4. A PTZ camera zooms to targeted area
5. Visec notifies the owners with an alert
to their cell phones
6. The alert displays a picture of the
intruders and any doors or areas breached.
Scenario: 4
1. A moisture sensor detects water in a
basement.
2. Visec notifies the owner via his cell
phone of a possible broken pipe.
